Biography
Senior Quantitative Analyst, Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis
Dr. Dietz is a Senior Quantitative Analyst for the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis where she works to assess the stability and resilience of the financial industry through stress testing. She is a co-leader of R Ladies - Twin Cities and organized noRth, the first R user conference for the Twin Cities. She was recently named an AAAS IF/THEN Ambassador where she serves as a role model for the next generation of girls and women in STEM. Dr. Dietz has her B.S. and M.S in mathematics from the University of Minnesota – Duluth and her Ph. D. in statistics from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. She enjoys espresso, cycling, and snow (sometimes).
